What you’ll learn:
• Explore the importance of building a shared language and vision within research teams
• Examine how unacknowledged differences impact teams. and learn tools to leverage diversity as a team asset
• Learn how to practice team reflexivity and perspective-taking that can strengthen team communication and interactions.
